Freckle works closely with the Technology division in Westpac, creating internal communication campaigns and programmes targeted towards their 4,500 employees. These campaigns were designed to promote cultural change, a sense of ownership and inspire forward thinking in the workplace. We conducted workshops allowing stakeholders input into logo designs and the creative to ensure that the desired outcomes were communicated in the final campaign solutions.
MyWorkspace campaign communicated the simplification of Westpac’s internal systems and environment to create a more flexible workspace, lower their carbon footprint and increase employee satisfaction and productivity. The brief was to create a suite of logos promoting Westpac’s evolution to a ‘smarter, greener and simpler’ workplace. My Print, My Desktop, My Comms and My Password were sub brands designed to highlight the key change and benefit from new technology for Westpac staff and their clients.
The ‘power-on’ iZone campaign supported an innovation workshop for business manager. The logo was designed to inspire and empower key executives to engage with each other and lead by innovation to the benefit of Westpac Technology and the company as a whole.
